As one of the biggest and trusted property developer in Indonesia, Sinarmas Land launched their year-end program called “Price Lock” on October 3rd until December 31st, 2017. In this event, the company partnered with 10 famous banks in Indonesia to make payment easier.
Held at Kota Kasablanka, South Jakarta, Ishak Chandra as the CEO of Strategic Development and Services at Sinarmas Land said that their customers wanted an affordable place to live. So, Sinarmas Land wanted to support their customers’ aspirations. The “Price Lock” program enables customers’ to pay a 15% down payment between October to December 2017. While the rest of payment can be credited for 24 times.
During the event, Sinarmas Land offered their stock property products such as the residential area located in Jakarta, BSD City, Balikpapan, Batam, Cibubur, and commercial buildings. Another benefit that the program offered for their customers are up to 20% discount, voucher, and the grand prize worth hundreds of millions of rupiah.
