LinkedIn today launched the company’s first certification program: LinkedIn Certified Professional — Recruiter.
The program is designed to help recruiters enhance their skills on LinkedIn Recruiter – such as identifying and engaging passive and active candidates, strengthening your talent brand, building a pipeline of talent and posting jobs (NOTE: To be updated based on final blog post copy). Sharpening these skills will help recruiters get more value out of the comprehensive functionalities of Recruiter, and enable them to be more successful.
