JAKARTA, INDONESIA – December 09, 2013 – In a move to further strengthen its brand presence in the Indonesian market, Seagate Technology plc (NASDAQ: STX) today announced the appointment of PT. Astrindo Starvision as an authorized distributor for Seagate’s branded storage solutions.
The agreement with PT. Astrindo Starvision will help Seagate to provide the industry’s broadest set of storage solutions to a wider set of customers and regions in Indonesia. PT. Astrindo Starvision has a nation-wide distribution network including 4,100 channels, 9 branches, and showrooms located in regional capitals such as Jakarta, Surabaya and Bandung.
PT. Astrindo Starvision will be distributing Seagate’s full range of branded storage solutions, including portable and desktop external hard drives, network attached storage and home entertainment storage solutions.
